I have never felt so uncomfortable! Checked in and the clerk said “wait here I need to make sure there are no surprises in there,” and ran and checked our room. We went to the room and there was hair in the bathtub, empty toilet paper roll in the garbage can and a lubed up handprint on the headboard. I will never ever stay there again. It was disgusting!!!

Bathroom not fully cleaned hair everywhere

Avoid. Dirty rooms. Poorly maintained. Items missing. Sticky floors. Uncleaned rooms. Loud. Will not stay again.

Bugs in the room Bugs in the room, hair in the bathroom, red (paint?) drops on the floor. Left the hotel, asked for a manager and was told they would get back to me in a few days. No one followed up.

The Carpets on the 2nd floor smells terrible the room was dirty, there was food stains all over the fridge and hair in the tub. There were 2 (what looked like dried buggers) on the base board of the bed. The burners of the kitchen were extremely dirty and there was splatter in the microwave. I had to get my own Clorox wipes to be able to stay because everything around the area was booked if not we would have left
