I travel frequently for business and stay in hotels often. This morning, I woke up feeling itchy and found multiple bug bites on my arms and neck. This is absolutely horrifying and infuriating. When we checked in, there were no shampoo in the bathroom. Checked with front desk staff but he said they dont have any. Dialed 0, no answer. Next day the morning staff said there were lots of shampoo in the stock room!

The person at the front desk didn't speak much, and when I asked for directions to the room he merely just pointed. Felt very awkward and unfriednly

Would not recommend to anyone. I did not see a worker other than when I stood there for a while to check in. No vending machines of any sort for a beverage or water. The room was in poor condition and not clean. Iv stayed in a lot of rooms and this was among the top 3 worst stays. Also the beds were uncomfortable which was the least of the problems.
