Maybe I was just given a room by accident that wasn’t ready but the room was not cleaned and specifically the bathroom was the worst I’d ever seen. Dirt and feces smeared all over the tile floor

Upon walking into the building there was a bad oder, it gets worse as you walk through the facility. The room was very run down and didn’t look clean, the ved was very uncomfortable, tiny pillows just a couple of sheets to cover yourself. The water from the shower was very low pressure and cold, the toilet didn’t work well also due to the water pressure. When I called the front desk they were very dismissive and not helpful. Very good spot but very bad service It was terrible only good thing is the fact that it is near from Levi’s Stadium, but the rest is horible, no service at all, TV wasn’t working, no cup or glass to drink water, no shampoo and nobody at the reception to help us at any moment. The worst of it they says breakfast included, it’s a trap… only bad coffee and mediocre muffins, that’s not what I call a breakfast included ! Don’t spend money there go elsewhere
