I didn’t have super high expectations given the price but know that this place is right next to a train track and occasionally, the train comes thru with horns blaring at 3am. Also during my stay, the room right next door left a barking dog inside unattended at 2:15am. The front desk attendant didn’t want to do anything about it so the dog kept barking until about 3. First room they gave me was dirty. The trash was not taken out and the toilet seat was dirty with poop stains. Toilet seat was obviously not cleaned. Second room was okay, but had issues. Toilet did not flush properly, and the shower drain did not drain properly. In addition to trash being found behind the recliner.

I made a reservation for a room through Expedia and upon checking in I find out I was banned from them and I’ve never stayed at their location prior. But they also didn’t communicate that I was banned from a different location to begin with which would be nice to know especially when it comes to making future reservations.

Desperately Needs to be Updated or Closed Down Waited ~20min for someone to come to the front desk. Room is in horrible condition; in desperate need for an update. The wear and tear is obvious the moment you walk in. It seems severely understaffed as when we tried to re-enter the building after 8pm we had to wait for someone again to let us in.
