It was dirty and a wore out room

Took money without authorization or services. Booked my room March 20nd 2023, through hotels.com, with the choice to pay at property as I always do. However an unexpected life event changed my course of action, no longer needing the room. However I was charged for an ENTIRE day for a heart price of 111.12 for a service I did not receive! Nor did I ever authorize the payment from my card. I SPECIFICALLY chose to pay at property, leaving room for unexpected reasons or events.

Wanted to pay cash for my room but not acceptable-US currency not acceptable? Need to include all forms of payment….. Packaged sweet rolls is not ‘breakfast’- it is a ‘continental breakfast’ I still had to find a restaurant for a real breakfast…..please be honest…..room numbering system-even numbers in front of building and odd numbers in back…..???? Confusing…. But room was very clean….not one trash receptacle…..can pick them up cheap at the.99 cent store.

The property is old and not well maintained and the room assigned was not very clean.

Ac didn’t work and I got allergies staying in the room

Worst customer service and uncomfortable beds. Upon check-in I waited almost 10 minutes for someone to come out from the back to check me in. Once I was finally checked in I went to my room to shower the water coming from the shower head would not get hot. The bathtub was also backing up and our AC/Heater wasn’t working. When I went down stairs to ask to switch rooms because of these issues the woman at the desk said no my uncle will go look.
