Keine Zimmerreinigung - das ist bei dem Preis schon einen Zumutung, bei einem 50 USD Motel hätte ich das OK gefunden, aber bei dem Preis. Die Möbel sind ziemlich abgewohnt - könnte man zumindest in Stand setzen. (Abgeblätterte Funiere u.a.) Es wäre besser gewesen die hätten Kaffemaschinen auf die Zimmer gestellt, als dass sie morgens an der Rezeption Kaffee auschenken ... (Bei gleichem Preis ist das bei z.B Ramada vorhanden)

Staff is plain rude and inconsiderate. Me and my family travel a lot and I can honestly say we will NEVER be stating at an Extended Stay America ever again.
I got severely bitten by bed bugs when I stayed at this property. The management was unwilling at first to give me a refund. Saying that they did not "see" any bed bugs. Well neither did I buddy - but I think we can both see the 100 or so bites including on my face that I got while staying here.

I prepaid my room and they charged me for the room again when they said it was just a hold for incidentals.
