NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Nothing what I expected, it was dirty n there was spider webs and the bed wasnt comfortable at all and then to top it off you get like 20 sucky Channels:( oh yeah and in the refrigerator there was hair in there!!!!

When first Arriving I thought the property was beautiful and the Room was great. In the middle of night there was a roach in my bathroom . I don't do critters so that's where they lost all their brownie points

Ext. Stay SVL 9-2018 Upon checking into the room the toilet seat was very wiggly, it wasn’t clean behind the guest couch wasn’t really clean on the toilet seat either. The shower drain plug was broken so l can take a bath and that sucked. The overall customer service at the front desk was OK until I kept coming back for the fifth time or so, and I can hear the lady huff under her breath as if to say “what do you want now!” That’s never cool. Here's free wifi that doesn't work, you need to pay extra per day so it's useable. Here's a kitchen that's completely empty of even a single fork, you can purchase 'packages' of dishes to use. No coffee machine in room, nearest place to buy coffee is a 20m ride away. Took my socks off and walked around the room, 5 minutes later the bottoms of my feet were brown and dusty with dirt. Will never use this chain again - you get what you pay for.

room was so filthy I had to clean the fake hardwood floor myself so the kids wouldn’t have go step on suh filth. there was a strong dirt/mold odor that couldn’t be ignored. there was also plenty of mold on the edge of the kitchen sink and refrigerator... I really didn’t expect much but this place is unlivable and unsanitary for families with young children.

The room was clean . The beds and pillows are so hard that none of us slept well at all .

The room was dirty. The walls are thin, you could hear everything. In the morning as I was having breakfast in the common kitchen, the cleaning people started mopping right around me. All the chemicals and particles floating around me. They should have at least waited til I was done eating. Over all very disappointed. Would not book at this location again.

Not the best The stay at this Extended Stay was not so great. My pillows were yellow and smelled bad. Room had some holes and chipped paint.
