Very bad hotel Expedia don't care about there customers They got me $100.00 dollars over what the say I called them no help at all I will never book through You again

Hated it!!!! Very dirty inside the rooms. Bugs crawling bad. There was food left over on the counter from the last people that had stayed. A few bugs in the bead that flipped my wife out

Save your money and run. I wouldn't go back to this hotel. The staff was incredibly rude - I couldn't turn my heat on in my "deluxe suite" (very, very small) so I call the front desk. The woman ended up yelling at me and telling me she couldn't do anything about it but that maintenance would be by at 5 am to fix it. Nobody came. The fridge was leaking upon arrival and the other front desk receptionist said, "Well is it bothering you?" As if the pool of water in my room was pleasant/OK to be there. DO NOT GO HERE.

Nice size room but very dirty.whole room Bed dirty, shower dirty, table had dried food on it and hair everywhere.

Shockingly badly run place Real shame that this place is not being managed as it should. Good location, and could be a really nice place to stay. Had to BEG to get our sheets changed on the bed after 11 nights. Took dirty towels to reception to have them changed, only to be told they had run out and dint have any available. Requested cleaner repeatedly, and even when they did arrive, it looked like they had only put bleach down the toilet and hadnt even swept the room - this was after two week stay. Floor was not cleaned. It was sticky. Had to clean myself.

Horrible Service I stayed in a room that needed sheets for the sofa bed. The staff was rude when I called, also never brought any sheets and extra pillow. "Breakfast" is not an actual breakfast too.

Although the people there were nice, it was not a good experience. After checking in and finding my room had a gap under the door and an air conditioner that leaked its condensation into the room I asked to move to a different room where the rug was not soaked and was told that they were overbooked, but could possibly bring me some extra towels in an hour or so. I was given a refund and ended up booking with another hotel.

It was a good location to work, the staff was nice enough and there was a vending machine that dispenses snacks and beverages which is great. I can overlook the dead bugs on the floor and the spiders in the laundry room but when it comes to sleeping in the room, the disappointment reallys ets in. The room smelt of cigarettes, the aircon/heater was noisy, the pillows were extremely soft with the feathers poking through the cover and the internet was spotty.
