This property was absolutely disgusting, and filthy. I would have NOT booked this hotel had known this. The pool was closed by the county, the bathroom floor was literally lifting off the ground, there was mold in the shower, stains all over, the carpet was sticky. Just down righr disgusting.

Super poor accommodations and misrepresentation We wanted to stay here so kids could enjoy indoor pool, but it was closed. This is in a Santa Rosa, the outskirts of San Francisco and they don’t have money to fix the pool? I don’t believe that. We should have some refund or reimbursement since we were not aware the pool was going to be closed. We could have stayed at many more places with cheaper options. Staff were incredibly unfriendly and rude. Hotel was filthy and had bugs in the bed. Loud and overpriced.
