Big lie with this reservation. It says the breakfast was included. But actually it was not. Pool was not available. The public restroom located at the 1st floor was not available to be opened with the room key card. When I asked for help, no one at the front desk to assist me. When I requested to do a room cleaning service,the front desk told me I had to request one day ahead with BERY RUDE attitude. Try to stay anywhere else first!! Our check in was delayed from 3:00 to 5:00, and upon check-in, the manager was crass and swearing at both her coworkers and another guest. When we got to our room, it was disgusting. Pet hair from a previous guest everywhere, mold covering the shower, and bugs crawling in the carpet! When I asked to change rooms- they said they were fully booked. When I asked for a refund so I could stay at a different hotel, they said they have a no refund policy and that I had to “tough it out”. At night, ... read more
