Had the worst experience at this property staff was sooo rude the supivisor Ann talk down to me an actually put her hand up an told me to calm down when I was just asking her a question why the bathroom was closed with no sign an when asked to use another room restroom for my elderly mother to use until our room was ready was declined. The a/c was broken. Couldn’t be fixed. No other rooms. Lady at front desk said to someone “I don’t like you people “. Two different races. I left. They refunded me. Horrible.

Bad decision Ok main reason for booking was the pool but it was closed. Then we realized that it was located across from San Quention not mentioned in any post or reviews. I felt like I was an inmate very thin blankets, flat pillows and I was told that I could get extra blankets or pillows. I didn't like that I had to ask for everything silverware, cookware even toiletries. Honestly this was the worst ever hotel stay Ive had in a very long time (and I have stayed at other extended stay)

A subpar stay Definitely not what I was expecting. Hotel staff made me sit and wait to check in because they were on the phone when I arrived. (Exact words: "Have a seat, this could be awhile.") When I got into my room at night, the A/C was blasting at 60, wasting energy to cool an empty room. The curtains were closed because it was on the first floor facing the parking lot.
