Poorly managed dirty hotel Absolutely terrible hotel and trust me I’m not just an unhappy customer! Completely filthy with what looked like a tick in the bed (see attached photos), staff were unbelievably rude, hotel tried to overcharge, and customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Please save your money and go somewhere else!

Not good Unfriendly staff, pool was out of service, bathrooms were out of service, vending machines were absurdly expensive, neighborhood was sketchy, what they call breakfast was a couple packets of oatmeal, constant noise from the freeway, and the entire place from top to bottom was filthy.

Terrible Hotel Terrible customer service. Dirty and loud. Extremely unaccommodating. Front desk staff had terrible attitude. Found bugs in the bed

Rooms are not cleaned thoroughly. Hair left everywhere and it looks like someone else just left the room. Stale smelling rooms or they smell like smoke. The older man that works the front desk is rude and doesn’t have any customer service skills at all. We asked for more coffee when it was empty and he made it very obvious that he was upset that he had to make more. The other staff at the front desk is the same. I’d stay somewhere else if you can unless you want a dirty room

Disappointing This hotel was a more affordable option for the SF Bay Area and we had a wonderful trip. The hotel itself was not in great condition. You had to ask for shampoo and conditioner sit any basic amenities. We requested an extra cot and sheets and they never arrived. The entrance way had a chemical smell and the pool was closed down by the county for two months, but there was no indication of this on the website and the kids were really disappointed.
