Utterly disappointing. Dirty, sketchy. -No amenities (no pots, pans, dishes, utensils, napkins... nada). Bare shelves. An electric range but no way to use it. -Difficult parking. -Pervasive smell of tobacco and marijuana IN THE HOTEL. Every day, every hour. -Broken thermostat. I had to buy my own batteries and learn to re-program on my own, as staff was of no help. -No visit from house keeping the entire six days I was there. -Several doors broken, i.e. key card wouldn't work. I should have read the reviews BEWARE ‼️ I should've read the reviews the management here is ridiculous extremely rude and extremely unhelpful the rooms are really below average and dirty I made a mistake by staying here and I will never do it again read the reviews the hotel responses are the best were sorry and we're going to look into it and we are going to talk to our staff Get real ~~ ::stay away from this place ::

Never stay here! seedy people! not safe! not as advertised, this place is not safe. dirty, you dont even get daily housekeeping unless you ask. refrigerator and thermostat did not work. no untensils in kitchenette. you have to ask at yhe desk. bad customer service.

The room has a very unpleasant smell, dirty carpets, empty bottles of toiletries. The room doesn't have the bedside table.

Bad hotel I was not happy, when I got there the receptionist told me they did not have any non smoking room I pay for a non smoking room so I had no choice other than stay there, he told me if I did not wanted I could go and look for another hotel , it was 9:30pm at night I had to get up early next morning so ofcourse I did not have the time to go out and look for another hotel, bad experience.

They wouldn't let anyone check in When I arrived I was told I could not check in due to a computer problem with tracking incidental expenses. The hotel clerk offered no assistance. There is a hotel across the street, but Extended Stay was unwilling/incapable of working out an arrangement with the other hotel. My choice was to find another hotel at full price or drive all the way home (about 65 miles) at 10:30 at night. I went home. I will never stay at this hotel chain.
