My stay The over stay was not so terrible. Being 9 months pregnant I had a few issues as in how far my room was from the actual elevator so I took the stairs most of the time and it was difficult being in the 3rd floor :/ the room was dirty. Hair in the sink and alot of dirt in the ground as if there wasnt a once over with a broom or vaccum, and there were some lacey clothing in the closet.... when I tried calling the front desk the ohone didnt even have a dial tone. No "stay" to report I called the hotel at what I thought was a direct phone number around 3:45 pm to let them know that we would be a late check-in and was told by the person I spoke to that he would make a note of that and never told me that our reservation had actually been cancelled by the assistant general manager earlier that day. Extended Stay - Santa Rosa, CA Nice looking hotel from the outside, but when you come in... rooms are stinky smelling from dogs staying there, people smoking outside and smoke come to your open window. All hallways in hotel smells like every kitchen in the world, people are cooking different food and all combines into one stinky smog. In addition when we arrived they didn't have a reservation for 2 queen beds, so we had to stay in separate rooms, very inconvenient.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in There was what appeared to be blood on the wall. When I asked for a hair dryer (because one is not provided in the room), I was given one that had what appeared to be human feces. I asked for another that was stained with something else. No housekeeping is provided unless you stay a long time. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and pillow is unsupportive. This hotel is a refuge for the down and out of Santa Rosa. Many shady characters everywhere. Do not stay here.

Paper thin walls, zero amenities. Kitchen with empty drawers and cupboards. Had to request coffee pot and blow dryer. Breakfast is granola bars and packaged muffins. Very thin walls. Some seem to be living here...people hanging out in parking lot. Seems to be under renovation, can only get better.

Price isn't everything Tired and a bit run down. Room was clean but needed to be updated. Stairwells smelled funny. Not near anything LONG WALK to anything. Live and Learn!
Service needs improvement The receptionist wasn't friendly. The room smelled like smoke. I requested to change rooms, but he said they didn't have any available. The breakfast was basic. The room was outdated and didn't have any hair dryer.
Do not stay here- filthy! I would never stay here! I checked in, saw the filthiness of the hotel and checked out immediately. The hallway carpet smelled, looked dirty and was apparently not vacuumed in a while. The smell of the room was so foul that I could not have stayed in that room. It smelled of fried fish. Unsavory characters in the lobby, I did not feel safe. Very disappointed.
