The lobby has heavy smoking smell and very small. Receptionist comes back 30 minutes late from break. Our first & last stay at this hotel.

Very disappointed I reserved a room with a queen bed but was told all that was available was a room with two double beds. It’s not what I wanted or what I reserved. There was urine and feces on the toilet seat! Obviously it wasn’t cleaned and there was hair in the shower.

Dump Thermostat was broken. Reseved a queen bed and they gave us a double.

Last Resort Over priced for a loud, uncomfortable stay. People were loud, sounded like someone moving furniture around all night, bed was uncomfortable
