Dog friendly, but very dirty. No one picks up the phone when you call the front desk. The front desk can not explain anything. They have WiFi but not secure. The hotel is Noisy. You hear the freeway all night. And the people walking n talking around the hotel. The money you pay the place should be clean.

Very Bad Experience Was celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday that Memorial Day weekend and we had a reservation, but they were overbooked and did not have a room for us, this was very inconvenient and unexceptable. To make things worst, rather than the receptionist take care of the dire situation, she gave me a number to the reservation site to relocate us, however, it was a wrong number to another company booking site. Sketchy hotel Worst and most sketchy hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Find Somewhere Else My biggest problem with the hotel was they couldn't run the card from hotels.com. Other guests mentioned the same problem when they checked in. The only way to get my room was to put down my credit card. Later hotels.com refunded me the price I paid them, which still means I paid MORE than the hotel room is worth, because the hotel said they couldn't refund what they had to charge me because they couldn't run the hotels.com card. Checked myself in after hour and half Once we were checked in after an hour and half search for the staff! Tiffany was great! We showed up to a hotel with no staff! I had to search the front office for a telephone number to call for help!! Night shift staff quit in the middle of her shift and left the office open! So I had to play detective and locate someone to come! Ridiculous chain of events! Needless to say our stay was free!!

The room and fixtures were in poor condition. Our feet got black from walking on the dirty floor - the housekeeper said she wasn't provided with a mop. Food rotted in the fridge that wasn't working properly. The linens and towels were plentiful and clean. The heating/cooling worked very well.
