Nope... I’ve stayed her numerous time since December while I do renovations on my place. In a nutshell I made an error and booked the same night twice while I was already on premises and just looking to extend my stay (the irony right?) Anyway, they wouldn’t refund me for the double booking and if I wanted the room for the itenerary I meant to have I’d have to pay for tomorrow night. All ok in area but cockroaches were in room. Guess hard to prevent but I’ve never seen that before

I was dissappointed with the bed. It was not comfortable at all. The ad showed free breakfast but it was just a grab and go type deal. One of the nights I had to come out of the room during the night to my car and a homeless man stayed outside of the hotel walking around the buildings. When I turned on the heater to my room, there was a burnt scent that took a while to clear. I will not be staying there for my next visit to Santa Rosa.

Horror story at this hotel. Stove was not working as promised. The night guy is very hospitable. The lady at the front in the day with the prince symbol finger nails and ear rings is not hospitable at all. She is rude and does not seem to respect the customers at all. She actually refused to give me a receipt. She scanned my credit card through the hotel machine and blatantly refused to provide me a receipt for my stay. I asked for a king bed got a twin I asked for a first floor got the third floor first night they had a fire alarm no utensils in room didn't know this need to say say something and no house cleaning only if you stay 7 days

Bad Worst ever police there aresting people while i checked in, not very clean had to wake up around 5am do to fire alarm going off and took a while for it to be turned off.

I didn’t like that our check in was laborious. There were no kitchen supplies in the room. There was only one wash cloth in the bathroom. Clearly, they are not at all discriminating about their clientele... someone in one of the rooms was cooking “something” in the middle of the night, which started a fire!
