new manager or cleaning team the suit was dirty, you could see the dirty on pictures, window frames, mirrors, blankets, noisy beds you could see the stains on the carpet.

Ghetto hotel it was just filthy dirty all around. kids crying, dogs barking as if it was an apartment complex full of people that were being loud in the morning, some getting ready for work and some getting ready to take the kids to school.

Stay away Dirtiest Extended Stay I have ever stayed in. Go anywhere else

Not worth the price...go somewhere else Immediately after check-in we went to our room. Found the bed was poorly made and no pillow cases. The bathroom didn't have any hand towels and we were only provided with two bath towels. I was able to get a hand towel, two extra pillows, and two extra bath towels from the front desk. Front desk staff said they would be able to get more pillow cases later in the evening. I advised them to drop it off in our room as we may be out. Nasty floor Floor was gross sticky bad small horrible sheets really bad experience at this hotel not happy at all Will never stay there again

There were trucks parked all along the fire lanes. The carpet in the room had several big stains on it and it stunk of old cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking hotel. The office was hardly open for service.

The man that helped me in the lobby was terrible. The man that helped me in the lobby was rude and useless. First, he didn't great me when I came in saying hello, just said "last name?" He couldn't find my reservation, said I had to wait for some computer update to finish and didnt know how long it would take, probably an hour and then he just walked away I came back an hour later and he still couldn't find my reservation (I was holding the itinerary in my hand so I know the reservation went through). DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! READ THE DO NOT STAY HERE. Trying not to be dramatic literally the most disgusting room I have ever stayed at in my 40 years on this planet. Little curly hairs (you know what kind) on the bed and when I requested to change it and left for the day they were still there when I came back. The carpet was so disgusting I put my shoes on at 1130pm so I could go to the bathroom instead of walking on it. There was food left in the microwave.
