Never stay here Over priced dump! Sink and shower was backed up. Shower head broken! $180 room should be nice this place was far from that!

Disappointed We reserved the room through Hotels.com and drove over 200 miles to the hotel. We arrived in the evening, tired and excited to get a shower. The front desk told us that our room was given away and that they had tried to reach us by email. I was shocked, but somewhat relieved. The hall smelled like a combination of urine and weed. We left, knowing that we would feel better not fighting the issue. To top it off, they charged us for the room that we reserved, but was unable to stay in due to their lack of planning.... read more

This location does not feel secure for families with young children. There seems to be a lot of long-term residents on the property, not just travelers. Upon checking in, we immediately had regrets. The management was very understanding and issued us a full refund on the spot.

Nasty The rooms where dirty. There was hair all over the bathroom. The toilet had feces in the toilet. Ultimate nightmare

The room was not clean The room was not clean! The bathtub had hair in it , the toilet was not scrubbed! I asked for a coffee pot and blanket and didn’t get it - I had no dishes - people left their garbage outside their door. The garbage was draggged down the stairs and ga Babe was spilled - it truly was so gross I can’t believe I even stayed there and paid $150 a night!

1st time in Santa Rosa Ca The 1st room they gave us, the card didn't work.i think it was rm 315. The 2nd rm was 215. As we walked to our room there was two young men sitting outside their room drinking beer.The manual lock inside the door was broken. Right beside the door lock there was old paint like something had been taken off the wall. The chairs were very dirty and old. Look elsewhere for lodging I just have to say, for nearly $300 for the night I expected to not have stains on the carpet, fresh paint, well kept rooms, a washcloth, and maybe weather strip on the front door. How is it possible you can charge people this much for such a run down room? Service was great, lots of parking, close to the event I was attending. However, I cant believe anyone stays in these rooms for more than a night. I’m glad we didn’t have to spend much time there.

Outside seemed nice except it seemed strange for children to be hanging out on the stairs and parking lot. Our room was in filthy with food and other stains on the floor, walls, etc. We got a smoking room when we requested a non-smoking room! The girl at the desked worked to get us another room but no other non-smoking room was available. She called Expedia and really tried to get our money back. So happy we moved to another place. Saved our trip!

Wouldn’t pass health code! Beyond disgusting. Probably wouldn’t pass health code. Clogged sinks in 2 rooms, chipped and peeling paint, missing artwork, holes in the wall, putrid smell of vomit. Very sketchy clientele. The type of place horror movies and sex trafficking would be made of.
