The property needs a refresh. Our room was not the cleanest - the floor was filthy, countertops had not been properly cleaned. Staff was friendly but not all that well trained - when I checked in, I was first told there were no rooms. Even though I'd made a reservation and paid in advance. I asked for another employee to check, and there was a reservation......Rooms are certainly not soundproof.

We tried to check in at 4 and our room was not ready so we had to come back. Room still not ready. They gave us a discount for the trouble

Never stay here Over priced dump! Sink and shower was backed up. Shower head broken! $180 room should be nice this place was far from that!

Disappointed We reserved the room through Hotels.com and drove over 200 miles to the hotel. We arrived in the evening, tired and excited to get a shower. The front desk told us that our room was given away and that they had tried to reach us by email. I was shocked, but somewhat relieved. The hall smelled like a combination of urine and weed. We left, knowing that we would feel better not fighting the issue. To top it off, they charged us for the room that we reserved, but was unable to stay in due to their lack of planning.... read more

This location does not feel secure for families with young children. There seems to be a lot of long-term residents on the property, not just travelers. Upon checking in, we immediately had regrets. The management was very understanding and issued us a full refund on the spot.
