Not like other properties in the same chain. Very old property. Stains on bathroom walls and sink. Creepy. Dingy towels.

Probably any other motel will be a better choice. I wish there was a positive thing to say about this motel but after two nights it wasn’t very pleasant experience. The staff was very creepy and the front desk was never staffed. The comforter had hair and stains on it. They charge you an extra $10 if you want your room cleaned. The side facing the 101 freeway is VERY noisy. I could go on and on. Just pass on this and save yourself the headaches.

Coffee is the breakfast This hotel was near 101 and so it’s convenient for staying one night, but don’t expect breakfast which I expected since it was the part of package, but there was only coffee available at 8:00 AM. So don’t get fooled. Also their bed is not comfortable and you will need to ask to cups, or hair dryer as well.

Under staffed and not clean I would not recommend this location to anyone needing a room to stay in. I needed a place to stay for 3 nights with my colleague, and we booked two separate non-smoking rooms. As soon as we checked in to our rooms, my room was cleaned but I got bit by something on my foot, and I was not even there for more than 1 hour! My colleague's room was not even cleaned, the bed was not made, there was trash and food on the floor. It looked like there was someone still living there! She requested for another... read more

There were no dishes in room and it looked like the lock had been busted in.

The carpet was gross. Had to put the towels downs

The only place that still had a room & allows dogs It was the only place that still had a room and now I know why. The toilet in our room was obviously clogged, the room key did not work and the carpet was badly stained. It had a kitchenette but not one dish. I had to go to the front desk, again, and request a bowl so my dogs could have water. The positive thing I can say is they do accept dogs.

Do Not Stay here Whoever owns this hotel should get out of hospitality service because they have no idea what they’re doing. The rooms were filthy, not because of housekeeping, but the linen was old, carpets were stained, everything was in poor shape. Shame on you. I felt bad for the staff, it’s obvious they are not being provided the supply’s they need to keep everything up to par. I will never stay at a extended stay America again.
