I was disappointed at the service! Which was No Service at all! I had to go down to the Lobby myself to get a set of fresh towels on the 2nd day of my stay. No one answers the telephone when I needed to as for more hangers, there were only 2 hangers in the closet!!! I had to purchase some from the store. It was not a good location at all, if I know the area better, I would nor have chosen this Hotel. The staff was not very friendly. While this is a bar bones budget hotel, it was a real disappointment. The carpet did not seem clean; the inside of the door was dirty and the overall cleanliness of the room was on the poor side. When we asked for a pot to boil water, they gave us a Teflon like pot that the Teflon was peeling off. How healthy is that> Not! When I brought the condition of the pot to the attention of the receptionist, the reply was that it was the only pot available. Not Satisfied There was a smell like weed when we came in the room.There were 3 flies inside. And the bed is small. We’re not able to sleep well.

Worst hotel experience ever It was an awful experience, when we arrived for check in the only lady on duty was on break so we gotta wait 15 minutes for she to go back to the office. I reserved 2 double rooms and request they're next to each other but they're in opposite corners. Housekeeping is once a week. The rooms stink and the carpet were stained. I have 3 kids and when turned the TV on there was a XXX movie. Only weather and news channels. In a few words, not a hotel for family or getaway at all

The lobby has heavy smoking smell and very small. Receptionist comes back 30 minutes late from break. Our first & last stay at this hotel.

Very disappointed I reserved a room with a queen bed but was told all that was available was a room with two double beds. It’s not what I wanted or what I reserved. There was urine and feces on the toilet seat! Obviously it wasn’t cleaned and there was hair in the shower.

Dump Thermostat was broken. Reseved a queen bed and they gave us a double.
