No blanket on bed, no towels in bathroom, no maid service

Mike, we apologize for not informing you our hotel policy. Since our suites are designed for home-like living, our guests often bring their own bath amenities. Towels and other articles are available and complimentary at the front desk. Also, our housekeeping is done on a weekly basis to respect the privacy of our guests. Unsafe Environment, Shady The hotel was in a bad area of town, Motel 6 feel. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend this place to anyone. I’m very unhappy and disappointed in this option of hotel provided by Expedia.

Dismal. Sticky carpets, stained linen, granola bars for breakfast and a used comdom under the bed

The No Good Hotel The stay was not comfortable. They room was very dirty. Nothing worked properly..e.g. refridgerator, microwave, shower flooded the room. The property had several shady looking characters hanging around. When leaving there were two police vehicles conducting a search ...?

dismal We stayed for 4 nights for a family wedding. We thought having a kitchen would be a good idea to save money on dining out . I didn't realize there wasn't anything in the kitchen besides a kitchen. no plates, silverware pots pans. nothing. No coffee pot or hair dryer. I understand now that this is an efficiency appartment and people live here.I understand that many people were displaced by the fires but you should know that you will encouter people smoking pot outside their rooms and there are quite a few large dogs li... read more

Yuck! No trash can. No hand towels or washcloths. Only 3 towels...my reservation was for 5. No coffee maker. No cups. Call the front desk...they have them, but we need to go get them. As a woman travelling with children, none of us are going to go outside to get to the front desk in the dark. Morning...only granola bars left for their "take away" breakfast. I had teenage volleyball players with me who need more than a granola bar for breakfast. I won't even mention the used condom in the parking lot...oh wait, I just did.

Another let down of a stay Carpets are stained with a variety of different messes. Had to be moved to a second room because the heater in the first room didn’t work(it got down to the 30’s) that night. Second room had stains in the sheets, multiple holes and unpainted patched holes in the walls, counter tops were stained with cigarette burns in the bathroom. Extremely disappointing My experience was absolutely terrible. When I first arrived to the lobby, the staff's attitude was poor and didn't seem to enjoy working there. When I entered my room, I turned the light switch on and it took about 5 seconds for the light to flicker on before emitting a dim light. The threads in the carpet were coming undone and the room did not smell clean at all. The refrigerator reeked of vinegar and I refused to put any food in it.
