Rundown Hotel This hotel was not clean. There was no insulation, so you can hear people talking next door and cars on the freeway. The beds were uncomfortable. One of the bed's frame is smaller than the mattress, and it felt like a hole in the mattress. There was no breakfast. I would never stay at this hotel again.

First the staff was not available when I tried to check in. I waited about 20 minutes in the lobby until someone came in. When I got checked in, the bed sheets were dirty. It had a big stain on it. The elevator had a smoking smell which was really bad.

Don’t waste your money! The lobby area was locked when I arrived, with no specific instructions on where to go. I found a pay phone which instructed me call to check-in, but it was not convenient as it was cold and dark out. Secondly, the hotel room had hair in most places I set my things, and their was no hot water in the shower. Lastly, there was nobody at the front desk for checkout for several minutes, which caused me to leave later than I would’ve liked from the hotel.

Not the best area of town. Very noisy neighbor above us. No utensils, dishes or glasses provided. Not sure why it’s called extended stay. We did get supplies when requested.

the staff were rude and snarky; there weren't even cups in the room; the original clerk set up my key for 1 night and I was there for 2. i had to go searching for someone to fix it and it didn't work the first time, I had to go back down to the office again -- total fiasco

Super Dirty place, trash everywhere, TV did not work. We left the next day.

Unsafe and dirty place for staying Some homeless people sitting on stairs by the hotel everywhere. We did our cancel right after checking in.
