My room was so dirty that my feet were black from walking in the room barefoot. The laundry facility was broken and they were “out of” oatmeal the entire week I stayed there, which is one of the only options there are for breakfast.

I booked a stay here through Expedia 3 days in advance and had the room paid for. Upon arriving and trying to check in, the guy helping said that he could't find my reservation. I explained to him i had one and the room has been paid for. Basically he said there was nothing he can do i need to call Expedia. I was a mother alone traveling with my two young children out of town. It took over 2 hours to find somewhere else to stay. Made this reservation for one of our employees who was there for work nearby. When he arrived he found a WARNING sign on the wall stating that "Brass valves and fixtures in this establishment can expose you to lead which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm." We had glow in the dark paint on the ceiling, sink wouldn’t drain. It is on a busy road so louder than I expected. Staff was great. Clientele in that area seams rough. Would. It stay there again.

The check-in process was not very friendly. I had to ask a few questions that would seem to me are protocol on a check-in process. I had to go look for my room since I was not told where it was. People smoking pot and cigarettes outside my room. Very noise ALL NIGHT LONG. I could hear the family above my room. The room was dated. Their breakfast was a shelf with coffee, a bit of muffins and such. The lady that checked me out was nice.

Zero Stars Worst, most horrible place I’ve stayed in thirty years. There was a turd in the toilet when I arrived, and the heater smelled like someone had urinated in it. I’d will never use this place or Extended Stay America EVER again. Zero stars
