My room site it was too noisy plus I can’t her the people on both sides of the room there’s no more some proof between the walls.

Roaches Walked in to the room and there was 3 cockroaches on the counter and the floor was very dirty. Called front desk and they switched me to another room on the other side of the building. Didnt see any cockroaches in this room but it was in very poor condition. Both adjacent rooms to mine were very loud all night. They appeared to be living there not just staying the night. I should have left but it was late and i was tired.

Not again We stayed there for a night 12-20-2020 checked out 12-21-2020. I was extremely unhappy with the room. To start, there was absolutely NOTHING in the kitchen, you state that they come furnished. I open cupboard find someone else's key for the room. Not a dish in site anywhere. No toilet paper, thank goodness I had our own. Had to call for clean sheets and to be told that they were cleaned but what I see are probably stains. Umm no. The reception office service was okay. But the property need security. There was a drunk homeless lying on the floor in the elevator. There were also homeless roaming around the property.

The attendant was never up front. No blow dryer. Loud music in parking lot. Lots of smokers. Filthy room. Never going back.
Hotel or..Cop Shop? This is by far the WORST hotel ive ever stayed at!! Before we even arrived I tried calling the property and the phone rang and rang for 30 min i kept trying and never got through. When we arrived i stood inside the lobby ringing the bell for 15 min because the clerk was outside smoking a ciggerette and talmkng to another worker..they could see me standing there and completly ignored me..finally they finished there ciggerette
