Room was not good clean, no towels that all I have to call for them , there were only muffins for breakfast, not even a coffee service there

Nope nope nope! Front desk staff very nice. But hotel is obviously very old and they just tried to paint and put a few new things. It’s a non smoking hotel that definitely used to be a smoking one. We were in a rush so I sprayed a can of Lysol to help. Asked for extra pillows, never got them. Walls are paper thin, heard the neighbor the whole night talking to herself while watching tv. It’s my own fault for choosing a very budget hotel for a very short trip but bad enough to never choose this brand anywhere else ever!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The stay was terrible, This hotel was like a Motel 6 , they did not even have cable TV they were using analog Tv. They put us in a room that had a kitchenette and it was very dirty. The back of the door was dirty. I have only used hotel.com twice. This hotel was unacceptable. The cost was $240.00 a night and it was not even up to motel 6 standards. We do not stay in Motel 6 hotels. I don't feel comfortable using hotels. com again for any hotel.

WHAT A DUMP I paid almost $250.00 to stay in one of the trashiest hotels if it can be called such. I took pictures of everything. What a disaster 1st Valentine’s Day for my girlfriend!! Starting from the overflowed trash on every level, to Half dried urine on the 3rd floor from the room next to us we had to see, smell and go through to the Fire truck and Ambulance pulling a junkie or hooker out of a room at 4am! Yellow stains on the sheets, off color clogged bath tubs that aren’t cleaned, urine all over the floor in bathroom... read more

Disgustingly dissapointd. Room wasn't clean. Pillows were still in plastic bags, no cases. Water all over counter. Looks like someone repaired a cabinet and left the extra parts and instructions in the room. Floor dirty and a towel was stained and had hair on it. Overall disgusting.

The main reason we chose this hotel was for the kitchenette. We were trying to save money by cooking our own food. However it took them over 24 hours to bring the kitchenware and when it arrived, there were not enough utensils to go around (there were four of us in the room including two small children). I asked for extra towels three separate times and never received them. I do not plan on returning to this hotel.
