Maid Service??? Really??? Gross!!! With the current pandemic I expected a clean room. Wrong!!! There is no way my room had been cleaned. There was gross stuff stuck everywhere to the dirty floor and I found a half smoked menthol cigarette laying on the shelf next to the microwave. The kitchen sink was dirty as well as the bathroom. Booked the suite and the the carpet was wet from the ac unit leaking, paid for a whole week but only stayed for 3 days asked for a refund for the 2 days that I didn't stay never got it back after being told by manager that I would and they charge for room service

Not too clean The bathroom was not clean. There was hair everywhere. The toilet had not been cleaned and there was someone's pubic hair on it. The bath tub had hair all over it. One of the blankets had a burn hole in it and it did not feel clean. There was a bunch of hair on the room door handle. Some of the dishes were not clean. The front desk ladies on the first night were great.

Heater was not working and when I called and asked to be moved. No more rooms were available
