What a dump...my room had a kitchenette but no glasses or anything in the cupboards. The shower curtain was falling off the wall. Everything was in shotty shape. Not worth 300 a night.

The service was so bad including the staff who were extremely rude. When we arrived we were told we did not have a room because they were over booked. They gave us a room that was in terrible condition.

The refirg did not work....gnats in the room coming from vents. Loud noise on 3rd floor

The property & room are run-down for how expensive it was. It felt creepy & sketchy. Was a mistake to give them a second chance. There won’t be a third.

Worst hotel ever We were cancelled without being notified, they made it looked like it was our fault that our card got declined. While they’re not supposed to charge our card until check-in. Then the real reason was revealed that one of the rooms had a leak and they were sold out. Since we were the last to check-in around 9pm, we got cancelled. I’ve never been canceled and we’ve travelled all over the world and never once my card got declined.
