Not good!!! Room had not been cleaned!!! Trash lying on floor!!! Cat litter on floor!!! Room smelled like cat urine!!!!

The check in was the most irritating experience ever, there was no one at the front desk, only a hand written sign that said be back in 20min at 9:00pm. We got there at about 8:50, waited in the lobby as other folks started to arrive, by the time 9:40 came, so did the employee, she stated she is the only one there, cleaning rooms and doing everything else, poor management. People were loud outside and upstairs all night!

The room was so filthy that even though we were tired, we had to pack up and find another hotel at 9:00pm. Carpet disgusting , garbage and ??? In one of the drawers. Just terrible.

Stay Experience The heating system did not work. Hotel had only one staff member to take care of entirety of building and it showed in its customer experience.
