Disappointed visit... Arrived to find no attendant in the lobby. Rang desk bell and waited. Rang it a few more times and waited. 15 minutes later clerk dhows up. Turns out she was outside. No sign posted to alert me. Told her that and all I got was a rude stare...Room (204) had stained carpets, ripped fabric in recliner armrest, broken sink stopper and way too much freeway noise.

It was very outdated hotel and felt very cringy. The stove was faulty and Kitchen sink was leaky. Overall the pics are misleading.

Smelled like urine food under bed There was chunks of food underneath the bed. There was a kitchenette provided but no coffee maker, pots, pans, not even paper coffee cups. The bedding was so thin that I had to crank the heat all night which then dried out my lungs and nose. I tried to take a bath and the water was lukewarm and the entire bathroom smelled like urine

Needs work! Staff is rude. Staff crosses personal boundaries.

My room site it was too noisy plus I can’t her the people on both sides of the room there’s no more some proof between the walls.

Roaches Walked in to the room and there was 3 cockroaches on the counter and the floor was very dirty. Called front desk and they switched me to another room on the other side of the building. Didnt see any cockroaches in this room but it was in very poor condition. Both adjacent rooms to mine were very loud all night. They appeared to be living there not just staying the night. I should have left but it was late and i was tired.

Not again We stayed there for a night 12-20-2020 checked out 12-21-2020. I was extremely unhappy with the room. To start, there was absolutely NOTHING in the kitchen, you state that they come furnished. I open cupboard find someone else's key for the room. Not a dish in site anywhere. No toilet paper, thank goodness I had our own. Had to call for clean sheets and to be told that they were cleaned but what I see are probably stains. Umm no.
