The reception office service was okay. But the property need security. There was a drunk homeless lying on the floor in the elevator. There were also homeless roaming around the property.

Nasty Dirty and disgusting 😡

The attendant was never up front. No blow dryer. Loud music in parking lot. Lots of smokers. Filthy room. Never going back.

Hotel or..Cop Shop? This is by far the WORST hotel ive ever stayed at!! Before we even arrived I tried calling the property and the phone rang and rang for 30 min i kept trying and never got through. When we arrived i stood inside the lobby ringing the bell for 15 min because the clerk was outside smoking a ciggerette and talmkng to another worker..they could see me standing there and completly ignored me..finally they finished there ciggerette

Maid Service??? Really??? Gross!!! With the current pandemic I expected a clean room. Wrong!!! There is no way my room had been cleaned. There was gross stuff stuck everywhere to the dirty floor and I found a half smoked menthol cigarette laying on the shelf next to the microwave. The kitchen sink was dirty as well as the bathroom. I had to stand and wait for over 30 minutes for the front desk woman to come back in the office. When she showed up she was totally rude and had nothing but complaints to say. Sheets are full of bloody spots . Queen bad was actually not queen size .

Booked the suite and the the carpet was wet from the ac unit leaking, paid for a whole week but only stayed for 3 days asked for a refund for the 2 days that I didn't stay never got it back after being told by manager that I would and they charge for room service
