Service was bad! The coffee maker they gave me for the room was dirty with staff on the outside of the coffee maker. I brought it back to the office The next morning went to the office for muffin and coffee and they had run out of coffee... it was only 8:30 am.

ALL office staff INCLUDING the manager was horrible. Flat out rude. Tried to refuse my government issued passport as identification. You could tell my bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Hair in the tub, opened soap, half used body wash. The heat or ac didn’t work but the weather wasn’t terrible so I only noticed it at night. Management said they’d come look at it but never did. I only stayed here because I had fridge and microwave combo and the price was the fairest in Santa Rosa, and the half renovated room made the rest of the stay ... read more

Terrible time checking in. At first couldn’t find my reservation then said no king beds were available then found one. This place is not nice

Keep driving If this were a 60.00 room, I'd give it a par grade. But this was a 120.00 room, plus 25 for our small quiet dog. What would I expect at this price? Let's see: 1) A coffee pot for morning in a room with a kitchenette (with absolutely zero utensils or anything else) , 2) Pillows larger than a flat throw pillow 1/5 a regular size, and only one of them. Great location; horrible place to stay. Avoid it no matter how cheap it is. I paid $130/night for 2 full beds. Well well below Motel 6 standard. Room smells, bath room sink was clogged up completely, scratches and damaged paint on the walls, door leaks cold air badly, beds squeaks, mattresses are uneven, kitchen sink has a hole which is missing a plug; bed covers and bed sheets are so old and worn out; Extended Stay advertised and charged as studio with kitchen but no utensils, pots and pans, plates and cups provided; Trash ... read more
