Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Furniture was full of holes and scratches, bed spread was absolutely disgusting and the blanket had several cigarette burns.

Dirty hotel with very little customer service Hotel was generally dirty however the customer service was seriously lacking. We couldn’t get anything brought to our room because there was only one person working who was always too busy. Was told we had to wait an hour to get dishes because of large check in despite needing to feed hungry kids. Missing little things like the microwave plate or bathtub plug. Most TV channels don’t work.

This hotel has the worst service ever !! First of all they made me wait 1 1/2 hrs until ny room was ready. I arrived at 7:30 PM to the hotel after a 6 hr drive from LA. So you can imagine how tire I was. The room was not ready until 9:30 PM. I stayed 5 days at this location, which is located in a bad neighborhood. This location does not provide cleaning services...until after the 7th day. If you need to replace your dirty linen or towels, you need to bring them to the front desk. Never ever again We decided to stay at this place because the last time we stayed at Extended Stay across town had a sewer issues and the rooms smelled horrible. Checked in at 7pm after a hard day of working. Lobby had 4 other people waiting for their rooms to be clean. Some people had been waiting a hour. After checking in there were no toiletries, only 2 body towels and no washcloths. Woke up to a kitchen full of ants too. Never ever again will I stay here or any of their facilities in any town every again.

No shower curtain. No glasses or utensils.
