Not too clean The bathroom was not clean. There was hair everywhere. The toilet had not been cleaned and there was someone's pubic hair on it. The bath tub had hair all over it. One of the blankets had a burn hole in it and it did not feel clean. There was a bunch of hair on the room door handle. Some of the dishes were not clean. The front desk ladies on the first night were great.

Heater was not working and when I called and asked to be moved. No more rooms were available

Room was not good clean, no towels that all I have to call for them , there were only muffins for breakfast, not even a coffee service there

The stuff was totally rude

Nope nope nope! Front desk staff very nice. But hotel is obviously very old and they just tried to paint and put a few new things. It’s a non smoking hotel that definitely used to be a smoking one. We were in a rush so I sprayed a can of Lysol to help. Asked for extra pillows, never got them. Walls are paper thin, heard the neighbor the whole night talking to herself while watching tv. It’s my own fault for choosing a very budget hotel for a very short trip but bad enough to never choose this brand anywhere else ever!
