We tried to check in at 6pm, because we were going to a comedy show at 7. Waited in line 35 minutes because there was only ONE person working. Numerous people ahead of us were complaining because of problems with their rooms. One man had a clock that didn’t work, one lady’s keys didn’t work and another lady needed a working coffee pot. Finally it was our turn... she assigns us a room. We get all the way up to the 3rd floor and the room is a disaster and disgusting. They could not figure how to check me in. Clueless front desk person and said over booked and should come back when someone could handle the booking. I left and went somewhere else.
