Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The stay was terrible, This hotel was like a Motel 6 , they did not even have cable TV they were using analog Tv. They put us in a room that had a kitchenette and it was very dirty. The back of the door was dirty. I have only used hotel.com twice. This hotel was unacceptable. The cost was $240.00 a night and it was not even up to motel 6 standards. We do not stay in Motel 6 hotels. I don't feel comfortable using hotels. com again for any hotel.

WHAT A DUMP I paid almost $250.00 to stay in one of the trashiest hotels if it can be called such. I took pictures of everything. What a disaster 1st Valentine’s Day for my girlfriend!! Starting from the overflowed trash on every level, to Half dried urine on the 3rd floor from the room next to us we had to see, smell and go through to the Fire truck and Ambulance pulling a junkie or hooker out of a room at 4am! Disgustingly dissapointd. Room wasn't clean. Pillows were still in plastic bags, no cases. Water all over counter. Looks like someone repaired a cabinet and left the extra parts and instructions in the room. Floor dirty and a towel was stained and had hair on it. Overall disgusting.

The main reason we chose this hotel was for the kitchenette. We were trying to save money by cooking our own food. However it took them over 24 hours to bring the kitchenware and when it arrived, there were not enough utensils to go around (there were four of us in the room including two small children). I asked for extra towels three separate times and never received them. I do not plan on returning to this hotel.

Do NOT stay here! Horrible minus stars for cleanliness and service!! As soon as we got our room, I like to walk in and check to make sure bedding is clean no bed bugs or anything like that. What do we find?? Pubic hair on the bed!!! Open sheets more pubic hair! Talk about disgusting ! The room just walking in had a bad bad smell. Called front desk immediately to have something done about it to be answered by a rude lady.

Easy freeway access was good. Room condition o.k., couldn't tell if furniture was the "distressed" look or just worn out. Thin walls; we could hear the neighbors dog barking. Cigarette smoke from outside easily permeates the room.

Just like jail . it had all the undesirable people High crime area. Individuals of a less than desirable way of life were about the property . The local police agency was very active on property. Drugs were visible throughout the property. Do not stay here ...
