They state that they didn’t have my reservation from Expedia. Didn’t have a double room ready for my sister in law. No coffee pot in the room. Do iron, ironing board. Checked out a hair dryer. Free breakfast as listed was granola bars. The second night there we had roudy neighbors drinking alcohol and playing loud music in the stairwell. I called at 11 pm to the front desk from my cell phone as the room phone didn’t work. An employee came down and laughed with them, telling them that they know better. I did not like that they do not clean your room everyday. I called the front desk and they told me they clean your room every seven days. The breakfast was only packaged muffins, granola bars and coffee. The kids were disappointed there was no pool. Perhaps I should have read the hotel details closely. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was the worst hotel I’ve in many years. The cost of the room was about $190. Black mole in the carpet. I which I could upload the pictures. Cigarette butts all over. Left over beer boxes under the stair well. The shower would not drain. Standing in ankle deep water. Expedia you should take this property off your list. Nothing what I expected.

Worst place ever Was checked in to the first room that had no bed sheets, no shower curtain, no towel, food left in refrigerator & a blood stain on mattress. 2nd room had no shower curtain, no towels and a stain on the bed blanket. Jamie Fylnn, manager said she refunded my money, but a week later she has refused to authorize refund

It was dirty broken nightstand and electric plugs dirty and out dated bathroom at last the smell of rotted fries that didn’t let us sleep.shame on management.
