The front desk service was pleasant, they check in process was a little disappointing as we couldn’t pay cash for the room. We had to use our card. The room was dirty and smelled like pee. No trash can, dirty towels, lamps were very dirty and the bathroom had mold.

Ok if you're in a pinch The at first glance it looked ok but the place smelled of smoke, we only had 3 little pillows, 2 wash clothes, dropped something and looked under bed for it and it was filthy, found a half eaten pack of crackers and a plastic baggie that had remnants of marijuana in it.

The noise was ALL night long. Screaming, drug trade, banging on doors. It was Christmas Eve and now I’m sick for Christmas Day being kept up all night. When we went for the continental breakfast there was NOTHING! Not even coffee which we waited 20 mins for. We are super disappointed and want our money back!!! The staff was nice who checked us in and the rooms were tidy but soooo old and nasty.

tinker First room smelled of smoke even though cleaned! ESA is supposed to be smoke free. Butts all over the corridor!! Second room was dirty and unmade when we went up there. Third room was OK but we were too tired to go back and get reassigned. And the hail of the property to say there are no other rooms and if you want e can put you in another room but you have to pay extra for it! For no fault Of ours!! So checking in late night was not fun and I got an earful from my wife

Not good!!! Room had not been cleaned!!! Trash lying on floor!!! Cat litter on floor!!! Room smelled like cat urine!!!!

The check in was the most irritating experience ever, there was no one at the front desk, only a hand written sign that said be back in 20min at 9:00pm. We got there at about 8:50, waited in the lobby as other folks started to arrive, by the time 9:40 came, so did the employee, she stated she is the only one there, cleaning rooms and doing everything else, poor management.
