This place was so bad. The front desk staff was nice. Get to the room and there are no towels, no remote control, the dresser is barely hanging on it's hinges. My daughter opens a drawer and there are someone elses dirty clothes in it. The door from the inside was flithy, like someone threw a couple of coffee against it. The filter in the bathroom was thick with dust and grime. The bedding looked like it wasn't washed from the last guest(s). NEVER STAY HERE Upon arrival we asked for a coffee pot as they are not already in the room. The front desk worker obliged, but neglected to provide coffee cups. Once in the room we had to summon the front desk again as the room had a filthy floor. The worker came and swept, but did not mop. The worker also removed a platic bag that was placed over the smoke detector.As the evening went on we had to request wash cloths. Never again will we stay This was probably the worst I have ever delt with. Got there to check in at 7pm, no rooms cleaned had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours for the poor girl that is a housekeeper to clean the rooms and run the front desk. Someone called in sick. Then once we finally got our room it was still dirty and no towels. We had to go buy our own towels since the hotel didn’t have any clean. Terrible experience!!

Disappointed Very disappointed! The outside was very dirty, major cobwebs around the building and stairs, and the cement extremely filthy. We had to request dishes, took more than an hour,we had to ask for cloths hangers, we needed hand towels, kitchen towels, but saw how busy she was, we decided to wait. Really noisy area on the freeway and by car dealers. Poor house keeping....soiled and dirty overall, needs major overhaul. Do. It recommend. Staff was very nice, but management needs to step it up.

The room was clean, the people at the front desk were nice, but it was a $211.00 dollars for the night and the shelve in the bathroom was broken, my tv did not work and we got woken up in the middle of the night by the alarm going off and we did not get any discount or compensation for the inconvenience.

Worst hotel ever. Went with 2 other couples and all three rooms has major issues. All rooms smelled terrible. First room wasn’t cleaned and had no bed sheets. 2nd room all the doors on the cabinets were missing. My room bathroom looked like it wasn’t cleaned in weeks. I leave to get lunch and come back and all my stuff is gone. First night there is a domestic disturbance and a girl rips the screen off the window next to me after screaming for hours.
