Not clean. Room wasnt ready at 8pm. They didnt have the correct room when I checked in

Very little amenities and coffee for breakfast Tooooo basic amenities. No ice, no cups, breakfast is coffee and a muffin....only.

The hotel was old, old, old, and there were no amenities. It didn’t feel clean, and it was expensive. We stayed at much nicer places on our trip for way less money. We would never stay in your chain again.

Good location for the purpose of our trip but hotel is kind of trashy. Very dirty room. Floors looks like they haven't been cleaned in months. Seriously gross.

Avoid Extended Stay America! Traveled to Santa Rosa for the Ironman event over Mother's Day weekend. We had never stayed in an Extended Stay America hotel before, but booked it because the kitchenette would be handy to have. Upon arrival, the place was NOT clean, rather very dirty. Elevators with trash inside, carpets dirty, no dishes in the kitchenette, phone inside the room was disconnected from the wall, people (and staff) smoking. A shock to us that a reputable chain hotel could be so "run down."
