I didn’t like that they don’t accept cash, and I payed money to reserve but never stayed bc they didn’t accept cash

The Hotel has no security that I could see. They had allowed some younger group, possibly a Senior Prom Group, that was completely unruly all night. Called the front desk (from my cell because the phone in the room didn't work...), and the lady at the front desk had to go up there herself. Didn't really help, and the only thing they had to say in the morning was "yes we know" and "they might lose their deposit", nothing like "What can we do to make this right with you, Mr. Customer?" This property is very rundown. Found one cockroach in the bathroom. The carpet was filthy. Bedspread was old and dingy. I would expect this for a much cheaper motel. Not for $100 a night. Will not stay here again.
