The property is run down and beaten up. We were first given keys to a room that was occupied and then a room that wasn’t going to work for our family with the leaking kitchenette faucet. We didn’t feel safe and the breakfast included is going to the main office for a “grab n go”. I booked the wrong type of hotel for us hoping there would be space and ease of use, but I was wrong.

The service is basically nonexistent - it took 30 minutes to be seen at the front desk for the hotel, our room was dirty, no one seemed to know any answers to questions, they were clearly very short on staff, and the wifi didn't work just to name a few issues. Don't bother staying here!

nosily wall and floor above, bathroom sink stopped up, no door on sink cabinet, had to move night stand to plug in lights, A/C have a cord coming out, was most likely the temp control, A/C only work now and then gave up on it. The good part was it was cheap, will stay at a motel 6 next time, Sorry wish I could give a better review.

DO NOT Stay Here Worst customer service I have ever experienced! "Free" wifi was awful! The rooms aren't like they are pictured. Upon arrival, check in clerk was rude. Floor in room was sticky, no carpet, dresser was in poor shape. I asked 3 times for a coffee pot then got told they were too busy and I had to go down to get it myself. I got a surprise package from home that was delivered on Friday but nobody told me. The sender told me about it Monday and I had to go get it myself. Litter on the grounds around the hotel. TV was unplugged. On checkout day room door would no longer stay closed or lock.

Things were dirty and broken The service clerk was very nice but there was no way he could help with the condition of my room. I actually took pictures there were so many things broken amd dirty in my room. I asked to be moved and that room was even worse. I went back to my original room only because i did not was to sleep iny car that night. The second room didnt have have a comforter on the bed. Bad customer service The older lady in the office was so rude too me and told me she couldn’t check me in early but checked my sister in early and had a whole attitude problem because the office lady said it was her day off and she shouldn’t be working that day her customer service was horrible but the guy who ended up checking me in later that day did an awesome job.
