When we arrived to check in, we had to pick up a phone inside of the main entrance to communicate with the desk clerk. She refused to let us in to check into our room that we paid for through Expedia. Now we have to go through a process to get a refund for a stay that we were unable to experience due to the laziness and rudeness of the staff.

There were homeless people hanging out in front of the hotel. Looked like they were hanging inside as well. The conditions was old and outdated. The bed was made but the sheets were old. It was so horrible I didn’t stay the second night. I was afraid for my safety.

There were a large number of people wandering the property indoors and outdoors. I am not sure but I believe many were homeless or did not have rooms at this hotel.

Mr At first glance hotel looked good but people hanging out on the front entrance smoking cigarettes gives a bad impression and intimating . This hotel looks like houses homeless shelter ,I couldn't verify that , also, room had roaches , plus need some update . the neighborhood was good and classy.

I did not stay. Turn in the key because the smell was awful. I have asthma and just couldn’t stay. Would like a refund. Thanks
