A nice place, but there were roaches in our room.

Work was going on the 3rd floor all night couldn’t sleep

First off, I had to pay for two nights when I tried to cancel one of the nights that I did not need anymore. Second the place is gross… very smoky smell, towel over the fire alarm and gross bathroom..

Waited for help when checking in for about 30 mins. Room was old and dirty. Didn’t feel clean and we had roaches in the bathroom and kitchen area. Spent almost 200 dollars and don’t think I would use them ever again and maybe hotels.com for letting this happen.

The hallway had large fans to air out the carpet, which leads me to believe this side of the hotel probably should not have been available for use. The air conditioner in the room leaked so bad that my socks were wet from stepping on the carpet on that side of the room. The entire wing smelt musty and felt damp.

Bed linens were not clean. Smoke odor throughout room (was supposed to be a non-smoking room). Staff was very friendly and helpful and took care of our complaints right away.

Facility dirty -- appeared that there was vomit in the elevator. People noisy and have no regard for fellow guests.

Front staff gave someone else my room number so at 1130 at night I had 3 people trying to get in my room that staff told them was their room. It was scary to wake up to them yanking in my door handle. So the room smelled so horrific like old and stale sweat. It was disgusting. I will never stay here again
