place smelled people party like they where in club next club no phone to call desk had to go down twice to get them to stop went on from 10 pm till 2:30
i got the cops called on me from a drunk girl who threw a bottle of liquor at me, and got told to leave with no refund even though i didn’t do anything. did not get a cent back. very disappointed.
This hotel is a pretty bare bones, nothing special spot. The kitchen in the room was old and dirty. The furniture in the room looked like it was never been even remotely kept clean. My biggest gripe was when I asked for a late check out due to a personal emergency that came up, the front desk simply said no we cannot accommodate that and made no effort to see that I was taken care of. Check in was ok, but the room was musty smelling, and the bed was as hard as a rock. Despite a fridge, stove top and microwave, there were no utensils at all. The walls are very thin, and everything anyone said was heard.

Businesses are loving picking and choosing what to offer to cut costs so they can blame it on “Covid”.They had no grab and go breakfast “because of Covid” it’s grab and go... super markets didn’t shut down and that’s all grab and go. There’s a huge sign in the lobby right when you walk in saying grab and go breakfast 6:30-9am... if you don’t offer it take the sign down and remove it from allllll the websites saying free breakfast. Did not stay here. Expedia is terrible and charged me at two different hotels
By far the worst hotel and customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life.
