Cheap. Bugs on floor, wheels on carts needed air, just seemed uncomfortable.

Overly and needs renovations.

Staff were very personable and friendly. That's pretty much where it ends. The place is pretty gross.

The lock was broken to the room we stayed in, so we had to wait 45 minutes to be let into our room in the middle of the night, then they wouldn’t let us switch rooms and ended up charging me $713 for two nights. No one came to clean our room and we had to wait over two hours for fresh towels/sheets.

Sink drained very slowly, patchwork under sink was ugly and poorly done. Tile in bathroom had stains in grouting. Front doors heavy and extremely loud, windows dirty

Check in was incomplete resulting in a trip to the desk after going to bed to be able to access WiFi. Never received a room key for the entirety of the stay, had to be let into the room every time.
