The lock was broken to the room we stayed in, so we had to wait 45 minutes to be let into our room in the middle of the night, then they wouldn’t let us switch rooms and ended up charging me $713 for two nights. No one came to clean our room and we had to wait over two hours for fresh towels/sheets.
Sink drained very slowly, patchwork under sink was ugly and poorly done. Tile in bathroom had stains in grouting. Front doors heavy and extremely loud, windows dirty
Check in was incomplete resulting in a trip to the desk after going to bed to be able to access WiFi. Never received a room key for the entirety of the stay, had to be let into the room every time.
Disgruntled Front Desk Associate Causes Debacle At the end of a long cold day after a baseball tournament, myself and family came back to a cold hotel room. After preparing for bed at approximately 11:48pm, my wife complained to me that it was too cold in the room. I reached for the thermostat to cut up the heat several times, which it never turned on. I then noticed that the thermostat had an "Error" message, which I then called down to the front desk and spoke to Kimberly. I asked if she could send someone up to my room to... read more
We stayed there on 12/26/19, We requested non smoking room but the room surely smelled like smoke, we couldn't breathe, the lights didn't work, the lamp was broken, the floors was nasty, the faucet in the bathroom tub didn't work properly and was leaking. The continental breakfast was misleading, just grab and go little items. The hotel didn't smell nice at all.
I found outdated bread 12/4/19 was the expiration date, open ritz crackers, open Kellogg’s special k cereal, and two cans of chick peas in counter. After my daughter bottle rolled under bed I found a cigarette butt in a no smoke room. After advising front desk I was switched to a different room but the door didn’t fully shut. Hotel condition is disgusting. Plus they use open tissue rolls previous guest used.
The bed sheets was not fitted on the bed properly
Unpleasant stay experience My wife and I went to Savannah for New Year’s Eve and came back with rashes on our skin. Probably bed sheets or towels were not clean. I expect Extended Stay to take care of such things for future guests.
