Very disappointed with this location. Stayed at many extended stays across the country and they have never looked looked like this. The entrance was to the hotel was filthy. It smelled like smoke minute I walked in. The lobby bathroom was filthy with paper towel all over the floor. The The room smells like smoke. The refrigerator was dirty. I would have stayed at Hampton Inn - but I wanted a kitchen. Hotel kitchen is dated. Thank God we were staying for less than 10 hours. Felt like Motel 6.

Was not clean and had given my room away. Even after I called to say I would be late coming.

I don’t like anything. Bathroom shower is not working even water is not going on tab. It was disgusting service

PLEASE BOOK A BETTER HOTEL! Check in was the only smooth thing. Booked this hotel bc of location and breakfast. Room was filthy! (IPurchased cleaning supplies to clean the room myself since we checked in so late at night.) Roach on bathroom counter, mildew, hairballs under the beds. Carpets stained and slick looking. Every morning there was no breakfast after 8:45am although informed that breakfast was served until 9:30am. There were many customers complaining about no food available but manager and kitchen staff only made j... read more

Fake Extended Stay😷 This hotel should not even be associated with the Extended Stay brand at all! This was the most filthest and nastiest hotel i have ever booked. I would like a full refund

Brother pays for Brother's room, Manager says no! Earlier that day, my sister-in-law was the victim of a horrific accident and airlifted to the Savannah hospital. I was traveling from South Florida to meet brother as soon as I heard the accident happen. At the time of the accident, my brother was at work and traveled straight to the hospital. This was not a good experience. No pool, which disappointed the kids. No amenities for the price and to top it off, there were roaches in the room. Had to move to another room.
