The staff were warm and welcoming. They created us well when we got there and when we had trouble they tried to fix it. They just only have so much to work with.

Nothing room was dirty bed looked like they did not change beding

Unkept, lack of staff. Old and dark inside. No onsite aminities.

The room smelled of mold and mildew and had a few roaches running around. I asked the front desk if we could move to another room, and I was told the hotel is completely booked. Unfortunately we were exhausted from our long trip, so we ended up staying the night, but I will not never go back there again.

I drove in from Atlanta, and got to the property early; Linda I believe that's her name had me standing in the lobby for about 6 minutes before she acknowledge me; she was sitting down talking with someone; she wanted to charged me 10.00 to check in early, I have never heard of such non sense. I left and came back to now dealing with Denise who clearly was lost and didn't know what she was doing. Bad service, stinky filthy rooms

Dirty room and issues with door lock I’ve stayed in Extended Stay hotels before and always had a pleasant stay - but not this time. I prepaid online for a room with a queen bed. When we got to the hotel, we were informed that they did not have any queen rooms left. We were instead put in a double, which the front desk person told us was the same size as a queen. It was not. Do not recommend Terrible experience. Room had roaches, dresser was broke and half the tv channels didn’t work
