Tragedy at home forced us to urgently book hotel stay in our town. Booked online through Travelocity for a room with two queen beds. Chas is tight because of the tragedy. Upon arrival, check in clerk tells us room is too dirty to put us into and tell us he will put us two single rooms and charge us double!!! Grrr. We left. Either Soulless or terrible attempt at a shake down.

Less than average The biggest problem was the first night our room was given away & my husband & I had to find some place else to stay for the night. We didn’t plan for that or have any idea that was going to happen so we were looking for something at 10pm that night.

Hotel needs attention to cleanliness. Pillows and mattress stained. we asked to change room and the replacement was worse. Continental breakfast is a grab and go cereal bar and coffee. Location is good and staff courteous.
Came in last minute to Savannah on New Years Eve. Didn't have much selection. Website pictures looked much nicer than the actual room. Very thin walls. Could here people next door and across the hall.

I enjoyed the fact that this hotel was across theq is street from the grocery store chain "Publix." Pipe came a loose under kitchen sink. Floor was swept by me when we first arrived.

Made a reservation for a queen through orbitz, my money was taken via card I used as payment. I made the reservation at midnight on my phone through the app. When we arrived at 2am to checking the room the person at the desk told me my reservation was canceled and they no longer had the room. I didn’t cancel my reservation, nor was I ever notified of such. I had to argue with the employee just to get the price I had already paid to be honored on a lower level room.
