Room had cigarette odor; night stand drawer was filthy with bug debris; people hanging our at entrance; windows were unlocked; stinch smell; requested refund and checked out to move to new hotel

Two of our staff stayed at this hotel to attend a training in Savannah. On the second night, one of our staff was bitten many times by bedbugs, to the point that her body reacted and she had to go to the doctor. The other person had a couple of bites. Apparently there was an infestation in the room.

Flew down for a wedding, and picked this hotel due to it having 3 stars and it was close to the venue. It was supposed to be a non smoking hotel, but the room (and especially bathroom) smelled like somebody had been chain smoking for the last few days. The windows were filthy, the floors weren't clean, and there was hair in the bed that didnt belong to us. Probably my worst hotel stay to date.

(Disappointed)stayed here several times before The first room given was not serviced was given another room was awaken at 10:30 had us booked for only one day had us checking out on Saturday once we got that corrected we exited for the Octoberfest when we returned we found our room without linens or fresh towels

Never Again! The hotel had an unpleasant smell... Our room smelled of smoke...in order to get fresh towels you had to take your dirty used ones back down to front desk and get a bag of new towels! Our TV had bad signal and lines.... The hotel needs upgrading!

only one person on the property on a Friday night ???? He became frustrated with a computer that didnt work and it all went downhill from there! Room did not have shower curtain, dishes and pans were piled in hall, when we asked for these things to be taken care of the 1 person there became very loud, rude and unprofessiomal! Plenty of other issues but lets just say to choose a different hotel in Savannah!!!
