DO NOT STAY HERE Quite literally the most awful hotel experience I have had. We booked a Queen bed and when we check in and get to the room, we find a double bed. We measured - it was 100% a double bed. When my boyfriend went down to ask the lady at the front desk about it, she lied straight to his face, saying that it was a queen bed, but we were in a handicapped room (we weren't per the lack of bars in the bathroom and the map of the hotel) and because of that, we had a "HC queen". Extended stay cut short The hotel room was dingy. The carpet needs to be replaced (not cleaned). The bath tub was so dirty. It appeared to not have been cleaned in a while. I felt extremely uncomfortable. We'd prepaid online for 2 nights. But after decided we'd leave after the ist night. I will say the agent at the desk had a great personality.

overall cleanliness of room below par. grease dirt on phone top of fridge found roaches in room roach traps in multiple locations in room fridge dirty checked out early booked another hotel

Room had foul smell that we were still not able to get rid of after disinfecting. Had to open windows to allow to air out. The lights in a portion of the room also did not work.

Filthy. This place was completely ratchet. Downright nasty. Do yourself a favor and just don't stay here.

Very outdated low end motel, will never use this chain of hotels again. It’s location was decent but very small rooms and beds, who sleeps in a full size bed nowadays! No niceties or the little extras, they only have housekeeping once a week, basically a workers hotel for weekly stays.

Roach motel! There were roa he's crawling on the toilet in first room we tried and hair in the sink. Rusted burners in the stove. Second room had hair all over the bed sheets and a terrible odor. 3rd room was better but still had hair on the towels. We bought lit's of cleaning supplies to help de odorize and sterilize the olace. I still left with a terrible itch all over my body! Oh, and we also saw baby roaches crawling in the hall by the elevator!
