Shabby and not close to chic We had booked a room with a single queen sized bed. We were given a room with a standard large bed. The condition of the room was rough, not cleaned well in some time. The television did not work well. There were no kitchen pans, glassware or silverware. There is no ice machine in the building. The rear outside door, at the end of the hall, is kept open all the time with a "stick". The parking lot was full of trash. Beware I was taught that if you have nothing good to say, don’t say anything at all. Butttt.... this hotel is misleading people. The hotel is not modern and up to date. A fresh paint job doesn’t get rid of the old smell that the hotel has. The rooms dated but looked clean at first glance. That was until found a bed bug in the bed. The front desk representative was very nice and issued us a refund without any issues. It was a pain finding a new hotel at 9:00 pm but I wasn’t about to sleep in a bug infested hotel.

The place was dirty and the staff was very friendly

Gross No early check in Lobby smelled like cigerette smoke Had to wait at front desk for 20 minutes for someone to come and assist us Unprofessional staff The hotel was so bad we didnt end up checking in and went to a different hotel down the street that had a more expensive price but, well worth it

My stay at this run down hotel Only the very basics as a place to crash but not really suitable for an extended stay. The kitchen was not equipped and the door was falling of the cabinets

Horrible hotel Staff were unfriendly. Bed sheets were dirty and we had to change them ourselves. Cancelled 2nd night stay...got back 85 percent of our money for 2nd night. Some very scary tenants that live there. No warning from Expedia.

It is a cheap hotel but not in excellent conditions. It is noisy.

Very Dissatisfied Light fixture missing in the bathroom and only had light from an old lamp Bed did not fit on the frame so when you sat down on it the mattress came up off the frame almost causing us to fall. No one was available to fix this issue because all of the maintenance staff was in Atlanta. Bed sheets were covered in hair. Requested beds be re-made. This was never done. I placed the dirty sheets in the hallway and while housekeeping had time to pick up the dirty linens in the hall they did not re-make the beds. I... read more
