We arrived at 10pm after driving for several hours and our room was not ready even though previous guest check out was earlier in the morning. I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting behind 5 other people who did not have thier rooms yet either. Once I finally got check into my room it was about 45 mins after arrival. I got in my room and there were gobs of hair and dust all over the floors the phone and tables were covered in a layer of dust and the bed had clearly been slept in. Location good. Ac barely worked, room was too hot handles were broken. Found hairs in bathroom sink. Absolutely no coffee cups or coffee in room. Nice recliner. Nice tv. Great pillows.

When I arrived at the front desk the women working had major issues just checking me into the system. At one point she turned the system over to me for trouble shooting. We did finally get checked in after a few minutes. Just walking the property of the hotel they had dishes thrown in the bushes and littered about the walkway. These are the dishes they loan to visitors. A coffee machine and dishes stayed in the bushes by our run for the entire stay.

There is little to like about this property. It is hard to get to, with sudden hidden acute turns. There are no elevators to the third floor. (We're 77 years old) the whole floor was empty except for us. The corridor leading to our room was littered with bags of rubbish after cleaning, used plates, dirty limens.
