not enough parking. had to haul my suitcase all the way to the second floor. I am somewhat disabled and walk with a cane. there was no hot water at the bathtub/shower. barely lukewarm. in general, this hotel is in my opinion really overpriced.

Excellent location. Trash was piled up by stairs for 3 days before it was picked up.

Our room was dirty. There were webs all around the entry door. Stuff splattered on the outside of the refrigerator. The bottom of the bathroom door was rotting. The bathtub coating was coming off. The tub didn't drain.

Extended Bummer I arrived at 9:00pm to check in - the room I was to stay in had just finished with cleaning for an extended stay. There were dishes just outside and bedcover/towels etc on either side of the entry of my room. They were still there when I left the next morning. My room smelled like an old sweaty armpit but I acclimated after 15 minutes or so. All the staff were kind and seemed to be overwhelmed and understaffed.

Checked in at 8pm. Pillows were on the couch without covers on. No bath towel in the bathroom. Bathroom was still dirty. Brought it up to management, but they said they can’t give me different room because the rate I paid thru hotel.com. Had to wait another 30-45mins until the room gets ready. Management was having problem with their system, so didn’t really care for my problem.
Gross I travel a lot for work and while this is a couples vacation, I have stayed in many hotels and not a single one has ever been this disgusting. The room itself was okay albeit uncomfortable. What was awful was the pile of smelly garbage next to the stairwell that was never removed. The linens from the previous day were still out in the corridor the next morning when we left.
