This property had a lot of trash and misc appliances near the hotel doors. Staff was often absent from the front desk and the rooms themselves were just a step above a Hollywood move motel 6. At night this intense urine smell would arise in the room (over 4 days) and wake you from a sleep. grounds were trashy with debris and trash everywhere around the edges of the property. There was garbage and old shoes underneath the bed and old pots and pans and other dirty kitchen supplies just sitting outside the halls

90 minutes to check in first day. Second day, key didn’t work two times. Property was filthy. Laundry and garbage scattered all over the place.

Hire more staff!! We checked in at 830pm and there were no clean rooms available. At least 6 other people waiting for a room, some for several hours. We had to wait about an hour. The lady behind desk just kept shrugging her shoulders. When people came in with key issues, and there were several, she would stop whoever she was working with and disappear with the troubled key customer and walk to their rooms. It was maddening. Room was just okay.

Room smelled like smoke. Hair on the bathroom floor. Stains on the comforter. Broken tiles on the floor in the shower. Fast food bags under the bed.
