The area outside of the rooms had garbage piles everywhere. There were dirty dishes scattered about on walk ways. The room was fair and clean enough, but you can easily hear people in adjacent rooms. If the above things bother you I'd definitely look to book your stay elsewhere.

The room we received upon arrival was adjacent to the office entrance door which was banging with every opening/closing all night and morning with no chance to sleep. This room and the other one we were transferred for the next night were totally understaffed - we had to go back to the front desk multiple times for every thing we were missing - towels, hair dryer, cups, ironing board... the fridge and freezer were not not usable as it was leaking water from somewhere, and temperature much higher than supposed to be.

There were carts with dishes every where in the halls. The room had dust everywhere. Did not seem very clean.
