Worst hotel stay of my life. I reserved this room over 24 hours in advance. I called 4 hours ahead of my arrival time to make sure I was able to check in later in the evening and was assured that it would be fine. I showed up to the hotel and was told they were understaffed that evening and the room was not available for another 60 minutes. Note, I arrived at 12:30am...which means that the room wouldn't be available until 1:30am. Overall disappointing No one at front desk, had to call to get assistance. Trash from the room both restroom and kitchen were not taking out prior to us getting there. Restroom smelled like urine and the AC unit didn’t work well, overall disappointing.

The room was only halfway updated, which was weird. The outside areas were dirty and there was trash everywhere by the stairway - looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Also, they post this property as offering breakfast - THIS IS NOT TRUE. There was a couple granola bars, hot water, and burnt coffee. There was not actual food. Very disappointed

Chose the property because of perceived convenience and because of cost, However, after driving hours across the state, we were told that we could only check in early [rooms were available] in we paid a fee of $10 per hour. This was an insult, as a reputable hotel would have either said "no early check in because no room available" or would have allowed check in. Terrible conditions, drawers were missing, toilet had urine stains, carpets had food in it and were dated. Heck, i didn't even want to think if the sheets were clean. And "breakfast" was granola bars and mini muffins. Bad

Horrible stay never again. I have stayed at Extended Stay before in various locations throughout the US but this one has to be the worst. I had previously paid for my stay and I even saw the transaction on my statement and the front desk clerk insisted I pay again. Room was not to Extended Stay standards. Staff was sub par. Breakfast was coffee and a granola bar. Try explaining that to you kids.

They gave me a room that wasn't clean, then when I was asleep the door of my room opened at 3AM to a stranger because they gave someone else my room key. They're right next to the T-Mobile building, they're lazy and don't have any reason to make it good for you.
