Yuck! Cheap, miserable bed and furniture. Mold in the shower. Dirty, sticky carpet.

It took hours to check in. The man behind the desk didn't know what he was doing. Two people ahead of me actually went behind the desk to help him. We did not get the room we reserved. The first night was supposed to be refunded because we only received a room with one bed instead of the room we reserved with two queen size beds. We were moved the following day, however the room we were moved to was not clean. The toilet backed up and there was no plunger. Property is not kept clean. There was refuse piled near the entrance to my room. The items looked like some other customers items that have been removed from another room. Bathroom not clean, as there was mold in the toilet..

The room needed to be aired out and was in dire need of a Febreeze spraying. There were candy wrappers under the bed, the carpet was not vacuumed, and the bathtub had mildew. No amenities to speak of.

no housekeeping policy this hotel do not clean room everyday, they should have declared it when getting reservation hotel said its their policy. toilet not flshing phone was out of orderm.

We found the place so dirty and in disrepair. We checked out as soon as we could and went somewhere else.

Absolutely filthy. Overflowing trash. Bags of dirty linens and trash outside my door for four days. No toilet paper in my room. They wouldn’t bring it to me. I had to walk down to the office and get it myself. Black mold all over the shower caulking. A hole in the drywall. I think this may be transitional homeless housing.

Don’t go Got in late because of flight. Service person at front desk didn’t know where store is or our room!!! We had to walk around complex for 15 minutes at 1am with Kid’s. NOTHING in kitchen, not even coffee. No TV, well there was one but didn’t work and no one at hotel could fix. Free continental breakfast was coffee and muffins. Just crap advertising... Everything was dirty and disgusting.

You get what you pay for The beds were awful, the "contentinal breakfast" is two pots of coffee with left out creamer and granola bars. Also one of our rooms had all of the items (dishes, pots and pans, silverware, coffee pot, etc) outside of the room when we arrived scattered. When brought up the issue with the front desk instead of cleaning it up or sending new items over they said "well, maintenance just didn't pick it up I guess today" but after our three nights no one came and again no replacement items provided.
